Mayonnaise



This is the only. mayonnaise or aioli recipe you'll ever need. I honestly have a jar of this in the fridge all the time. It lasts for weeks!


Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups neutral oil (I use an olive oil, not extra virgin)

  • 3/4 cup organic soy milk

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 2 tsp dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp salt

  • pepper (a few grinds/pinches)

  • 1/3 cup vinegar (white or apple cider vinegar)

  • 2tsp lemon juice

  • 2tbsp tahini


Method:
  • Place the oil, milk, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper into the nutri-bullet, twist the cap on and place it into the machine. Let it sit for 30 seconds or so before whizzing it up for just a few seconds.

  • Then add the vinegar, tahini and lemon juice and give it another whizz.

  • Store this in the fridge.
