
This is the only. mayonnaise or aioli recipe you'll ever need. I honestly have a jar of this in the fridge all the time. It lasts for weeks!
Ingredients:
1.5 cups neutral oil (I use an olive oil, not extra virgin)
3/4 cup organic soy milk
1 garlic clove
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
pepper (a few grinds/pinches)
1/3 cup vinegar (white or apple cider vinegar)
2tsp lemon juice
2tbsp tahini
Method:
Place the oil, milk, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper into the nutri-bullet, twist the cap on and place it into the machine. Let it sit for 30 seconds or so before whizzing it up for just a few seconds.
Then add the vinegar, tahini and lemon juice and give it another whizz.
Store this in the fridge.
