I’m really committed to helping women feel the best they can, I thrive when working on complex health issues specific to peri/post menopause, using a multi-faceted approach to deliver positive outcomes.

My interest in health began in my teens when I started seeing nutritionists for sporting performance. I rowed and swam at high levels and then went on to study finance and accounting, working as a Chartered Accountant for five years. I’m now a mum of four boys and was drawn back to my original passion of nutrition and health while on maternity leave. I studied nutrition and naturopathy and am a Registered Clinical Nutritionist.
I was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome in my early twenties and was told to go and see specialists when I wanted to have children. After having undergone IVF to conceive my first child, I was determined to heal my symptoms with food and natural remedies. This is where I discovered the power of food, how important managing stress is and the impact sleep has on so many functions in our bodies. And I’m proud to say that no artificial help was needed with my subsequent three babies.
I’m a research geek, and you’ll find me reading up on the latest developments in my field; it’s a moving landscape which I love! I enjoy working with other practitioners who may complement my clients’ health and am not afraid to share my knowledge. I feel so lucky to do what I do, and look forward to working with you!

The name Reframe Nutrition stems from the belief that health, and to live with vitality, should not be unattainable. So, let’s reframe what health and nutrition mean, so that it works for you. And by doing so, we can work together to help you to renew, rediscover and reclaim the best version of yourself.

I consider all aspects of health including your sleep, stress levels, mindset, how you move and even your social connections and family dynamic. Our support network is so important to sustainable change and if you are going to achieve your goals, then we need to work with you and everything else that influences who you are and what you do.
There is no one-sized fits all approach to health, so I tailor your treatment plans to meet your needs, health journey and way of life. I am not a believer in fad diets or calorie counting. Rather, nourishing our bodies with whole, unprocessed foods. I am, however, a big believer in making sustainable changes work for you. I know what it’s like to run a busy household, and I’m realistic with meal plans, preparation and how to make any changes you need, to work with your lifestyle.
